Mar 21, 2008 Aloha Airlines to Evaluate Microsoft's Speech Recognition Technology via Aumtech's "MRCP Connector"
Honolulu, HI and East Brunswick, NJ, March 21, 2008 - Aloha Airlines, Inc., ranked among the top 5 Domestic Airlines by both Consumer Reports and Travel & Leisure Magazine last year, has announced that it will be testing and evaluating Aumtech's "MRCP Connector", for access and integration with Microsoft's Speech Server 2007. "Our customers, including other airlines, are reporting impressive recognition rates, useful programming tools, and unsurpassed value."

The pricing of Microsoft Speech Server 2007 is truly game changing, and Aumtech's MRCP Connector for the MS Speech Server is putting that value into the hands of enterprises who have significant investments in third party IVRs. Aloha Airlines, which has deployed competitive Voice Self-Service solutions as part of its commitment to premium customer support, consistently ranks in the top positions for ontime performance, baggage delivery, and fewest complaints, as tracked by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).
